Amendment Regulations 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Western Australian Meat
Industry Authority Amendment Regulations 2000.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the later of 1 July 2000 and the day on which they are published in the Gazette.

3.             Schedule 6 amended

Schedule 6 of the Western Australian Meat Industry Authority
Regulations 1985* is amended as follows —

(a) by repealing Part 2 and inserting the following Part instead —
