REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Western Australian Meat Industry Authority

Amendment Regulations 1998.

Schedule 6 amended

2.    (1) Part 2 of Schedule 6 to the Western Australian Meat Industry Authority Regulations

1985* is deleted and the following Part is substituted —

(2) Part 4 of Schedule 6 to the Western Australian Meat Industry Authority Regulations 1985* is amended in the definition of "throughput fee" by deleting "0.6 cents" and substituting the following —

" 0.65 cents ".
