Western Australian Marine (Infringements)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2012

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Western Australian Marine
(Infringements) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Western Australian Marine
(Infringements) Regulations 1985.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 after item 1 insert:

1AA 10(a)	Obstructing, impeding or interfering with passage of vessel approaching or leaving public jetty or
bridge.. .................................................................... 100

1AB	10(b)	Causing a nuisance to any person on, in or about
vessel, public jetty or bridge .................................. 100

1AC 10A(b) (as read Swimming from or near public jetty or bridge

with r. 20)	specified in notice or within area of navigable
waters defined in notice ......................................... 100
