These regulations are the Western Australian Marine
(Infringements) Amendment Regulations 2005.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Navigable Waters Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2005 come into operation.
3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Western Australian Marine (Infringements) Regulations 1985*.

4. First Schedule amended
(1) The First Schedule is amended in the heading to the second
column by deleting "Navigable Waters Regulation" and
inserting instead —" Navigable Waters Regulations 1958 ". (2) The First Schedule is amended after item 23 by inserting the
following items
