Western Australian Marine (Infringements)

The amendments in these regulations are to the Western
Australian Marine (Infringements) Regulations 1985*.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Western Australian Marine (Infringements) Amendment Regulations 2003.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2003.

3.            The regulations amended

4.           First Schedule amended

The First Schedule is amended in each item listed in Column 1 of the Table to this regulation by deleting the modified penalty specified for that item and inserting instead the penalty set out opposite that item in Column 2 of the Table to this regulation.
