Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Western Australian Marine

certificate of survey 200

(Infringements) Amendment Regulations 1997.

Schedule 1 amended

2. Schedule 1 to the Western Australian Marine (Infringements)

Regulations 1985* is amended by deleting items 48A and 49 and substituting the following —

49 13 (1) (a) Uncertificated person acting in a position of
command on a commercial vessel
