WESTERN AUSTRALIAN MARINE (INFRINGEMENTS) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1993
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation1.These regulations may be cited as the Western Australian Marine (Infringements)
Amendment Regulations 1993.
Schedule 1 amended
2. Schedule 1 to the Western Australian Marine (Infringements) Regulations 1985* is
amended—
(a) by deleting item 1 and substituting the following items—
" 1 6A Failing to comply with directions 100
IA 14 Vessel travelling so as to cause nuisance or
damage 80 1B 14A (a) Navigating vessel so as to endanger safety of
vessel or person 100
(b) In item 8 by deleting "19C" and substituting the following—

• 8A 19C (3) Failing to display required lights on vessel
engaged in diving operations 100 (d) by inserting after item 8A the following item-
