I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Western Australian Marine Amendment Act 1990 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day that this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 4 (b) and (d), 6, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 21, come into operation.
