AN ACT to amend the Western Australian Marine

Act, 1948-1975.

[Assented to 25th May, 1976.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Western sport title . and citation

Australian Marine Act Amendment Act, 1976.

(2) In this Act the Western Australian Marine reprint Approvedfor

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Western Australian Marine Act, 1948-1976.

Section 207

amended. 2. Subsection (1) of section 207 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words "forty dollars" in lines me and two of paragraph (j) and substituting the words "two hundred dollars".
