AN ACT to amend section sixty-eight and section seventy-two of the Western Australian Marine Act, 1948-1970.

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

This Act shall come into operation on a date

to be fixed by proclamation.

Section 68

Section 68 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (1) by adding after the words "go to sea", in line nine, the words "or to ply in waters to which this subsection applies".

Section 72 of the principal Act is amended by

adding after paragraph (e) a paragraph as follows

(ea) prescribing the harbours within which, and the limits of the waters beyond which, the provisions of subsection (1) of section sixty- eight of this Act are to apply; .
