AUTHORITY AMENDMENT

ACT 1997

AN ACT to amend the Western Australian Land Authority

Act 1992.

[Assented to 26 September 1997.]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Western Australian Land

Authority Amendment Act 1997.

Commencement

2. This Act comes into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

Section 52 amended

3. Section 52 (1) of the Western Australian Land Authority Act 1992* is amended by deleting ‘‘1997’’ and substituting the following —

‘‘ 1998 ’’.
