Made under the Western Australian Health Promotion Foundation
Act 2016 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Western Australian Health Promotion
Foundation Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation 2016.

2.            Commencement of Act

The Western Australian Health Promotion Foundation Act 2016, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 1 September 2016.
