Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These re^tulations are the Western Australian College of

Teaching Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2012.

2. Commencement
I'hese regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on hich these

regulations are published in the Gazelle;

(b) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Western Australian College cif'

Teaching Regulations 2004.

4.	Regulation 6 amended In regulation 6(a) delete "cui'i'iculum framework approved under
the Curriculum Council Act 1997" , and insert:
outline of cui'i'iculum and assessment in schools established by the School Cur'r'iculum and Standards Authority under the

5.             Regulation 9.3rnended

In regulation 9(2)(a) delete "cur'r'iculum framework approved under' the Curriculum Council Act 1997;" and insert:

6.              Regulation 10 amended

(1)	In regulation 1 O(3)(a) delete "a curriculum framework" and insert:
an outline of cur riculum and assessment in schools
(2)	In regulation 10(5) in the definition of co respoi din, law paragraph (b):

(a) delete "a cui i iculum framework," and insert:

an outline of curriculum and assessment in schools.

(b) delete "Curriculum Council Act 1997." and insert:

School Curriculum and Standards Authority Act 1997.
