Western Australian College of Teaching

Amendment Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Western Australian College of
Teaching Amendment Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Western Australian College of
Teaching Regulations 2004.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

(1) In regulation 3 insert in alphabetical order:

mutual recognition principle means the principle applying to occupations as set out in Part 3 of the

Mutual Recognition Act 1992 (Commonwealth), as
adopted by the Mutual Recognition (Western Australia)

Act 2010;

Trans-Tasman mutual recognition principle means
the principle applying to occupations as set out in
Part 3 of the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition
Act 1997 (Commonwealth), as adopted by the
Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Western Australia)

Act 2007.

(2)	In regulation 3 in the definition of quarter delete “year.” and insert:
year;
