HIS HONOUR: In this matter there was a Notice of Appeal filed

on the 29th of November 2004. It does not appear that the
appellant has taken any steps since then to bring the matter
on for hearing and therefore the appellant has delayed in
prosecuting the appeal. The appellant was sent a copy of the

notice of the application to strike out the appeal at least 10	10
days before the date of the hearing of the application and in those circumstances I strike out the appeal under section 229 of the Justices Act.
