Under section 2 (1) of the West Australian Trustees Limited (Merger) Act 1989, I, the Lieutenant- Governor and Administrator, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby fix 31 January 1990 as the day on which the provisions of the West Australian Trustees Limited (Merger) Act 1989 (other than section 16 (2)) shall come into operation.
