" the Society denominated Wesleyan Methodists to appoint Trustees for " Chapels built before the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty- " six " cer ta in t rus tees were appoin ted for a Wes leyan Chapel s i tuated in Macquar ie - s t r ee t in t h e Town of Sydney a n d whereas doubts have ar isen whe the r t h e legal es ta te in t h e said chapel and the g round whereon i t s tands be sufficiently vested in t h e Trustees so appo in ted and i t is expedient to remove such doubts Be it therefore enacted by H i s An Act for vest ing in certain Trustees the Es ta te in fee simple of a certain piece of Land in Macquarie-street Sydney upon the Trus ts set forth in the Model Deed of t he Society denominated Wesleyan Methodists.
