I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wentworth Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 9).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 38 and part of Lot 42, DP 756936 and part of Lot 1,

DP 1128099, Sturt Highway, Trentham Cliffs.

4      Amendment of Wentworth Local Environmental Plan 2011

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule with appropriate clause numbering:

Use of certain land at Sturt Highway, Trentham Cliffs

(1)

This clause applies to the following land at Sturt Highway, Trentham

Cliffs:

(a)

Lot 38 and part of Lot 42, DP 756936, identified as “B” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map,

(b)

part of Lot 1, DP 1128099, identified as “C” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the purposes of:

(a)

a highway service centre is permitted with development consent on land referred to in subclause (1) (a), and

(b)

a caravan park is permitted with development consent on land referred to in subclause (1) (b).

Insert in alphabetical order:

Additional Permitted Uses Map means the Wentworth Local

Environmental Plan 2011 Additional Permitted Uses Map.
