1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wentworth Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the Tareena Homestead, Cal Lal Road, Cal Lal (Lot 6794, DP 823902), Wentworth Drapery, 42 Darling Street, Wentworth (Lot 2, DP 940039) and Lake Victoria Homestead, Lake Victoria Station, Wentworth (Lot 2, DP 756184).

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wentworth Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Wentworth Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit the heading “Part 1 Local heritage items”.

Insert instead “Part 1 Heritage items”.

Omit the matter relating to items I14, I65 and I74.
