Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wentworth Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 14).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following:

(a)	Lot 19, DP 804043, Church Road, Curlwaa,
(b)	Lots 3, 4 and 6, DP 729492 and Lots 15, 17 and 19, DP 804040, Delta Road, Curlwaa,
(c)	Lot 3, DP 804041, Creek Road, Curlwaa,
(d)	Lot 192, DP 822094 and Lots 8, 10, 18 and 19, DP 729494, Silver City Highway, Curlwaa,
(e)	Lot 8, DP 807828, Manly Road, Curlwaa,
(f)	Lot 5, DP 807831, Silver City Highway, Curlwaa,
(g)	Lot 1, DP 1040128 and the part of Lot 2, DP 1040128 that was part of the former Lot 1043, DP 39753, Silver City Highway, Mourquong,
(h)	land to which Wentworth Local Environmental Plan 2011 applies that is in Zones RU1 and E3.

4      Amendments to Wentworth Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Clause 4.2B Erection of dwelling houses on land in Zones RU1 and E3

Omit “sixth anniversary” from clause 4.2B (4) (a).

Insert instead “seventh anniversary”.

(2)	Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses
Omit “6 years” wherever occurring. Insert instead “7 years”.
