1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wentworth Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 12).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land to which Wentworth Local Environmental Plan 2011 applies.

4      Amendment of Wentworth Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Clause 4.2B Erection of dwelling houses on land in Zones RU1 and E3

Omit “fifth anniversary” from clause 4.2B (4). Insert instead “sixth anniversary”.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “consent” from clauses 1 (2), 2 (2) and (3), 3 (2) and (3), 4 (2) and (3) and 5 (2).

Insert instead “development consent”.

Omit “5 years” wherever occurring. Insert instead “6 years”.
