This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the land to which Wentworth Local Environmental

Plan 2011 applies.

4      Maps

Omit “Lot 17, DP 756151” from the matter relating to Cal Lal Police Station,

Courthouse, Cal Lal Road in the table to Part 1.

Insert instead “Lot 36, DP 756151”.
