WENTWORTH IRRIGATION ACT 1890—REGULATION

(Repealing the Wentworth Irrigation (Curlwaa Water Supply) Regulation 1991)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Wentworth Irrigation Act 1890, has been pleased

to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 3 March 1995.

Repeal

2. The Wentworth Irrigation (Curlwaa Water Supply) Regulation 1991

is repealed.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to repeal the Wentworth Irrigation (Curlwaa Water

Supply) Regulation 1991 as a consequence of the enactment of the Irrigation

Corporations Act 1994.

This Regulation is made under the Wentworth Irrigation Act 1890, including section

33 (the general regulation making power).
