AN ACT to authorise the Construction of a

Railway from Welshpool to Bassendean.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

SCHEDULE.

Commencing at a point on the East Perth-Bunbury Railway about 5 miles 55 chains from Perth and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction for approximately 12 chains and thence in a northerly direction for approxi- mately 35 chains and thence in a north-easterly direction for approximately '75 chains, and thence in a north- north-easterly direction for approximately 40 chains and thence in a north-north-westerly direction for approxi- mately 1 mile 45 chains, and thence in a north-easterly direction for approximately 1 mile 15 chains, and thence in a north-north-easterly direction for approximately 40 chains, and thence in a north-westerly direction for approximately 15 chains, terminating at a point near the Perth-Kalgoorlie Railway at about 6 miles 28 chains from Perth, as more particularly set out and delineated in red on map marked C.E. Plan No. 39382, deposited pursuant to section ninety-six of the Public Works Act, 1902-1945.
