of Septi'inbev, one tlionsand (dglit hundred and .seventy-four, the land described in the Sclu'dule hereto (wliich land was on that date Crown lands within the meaning’ of the Crown Irvnds Ali('nation Act of 1861) was under section live of the said Act dc'dicated by the Governor as the site for a Presbyterian Church and Manse: And whereas, by notification published in accordance with and in ])ur- suance of the Lands for Public Purposes Ac<piisition Act in the Gazette of the fifth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two, the Governor declared that the said land had been appropriated for a public purpose, that is to say for the enjction of a public school at Wcdlington : And whereas by virtue of such puhli(!a- tion the said dedication was thereby cancelled and the said land was ther<d)y vested in the Minister of Public Instructiou and his successors on behalf of Her Majesty for an estate of inheritance in fee simple’ in j)oss(’ssion freed and discliarged from all trusts, obligations, estate's, inte'rests, contracts, charges, rates, rights-of-way, or other eeasemeents Avhatsoevcr, anel to tlic intent that tlic legal estate tlicrein, together Avith all poAvers incielcnt thereto or conferred by the said Act, shonlel he vested in the Minister as a trustee : Anel AAdicreas it is desirable to caiu’cl the said appropriation and to dAcst the Mmister of Public Instruction of the estate vested in him as aforesaid, anel to dedicate the said land for the same purposes as the laud aaws deelicateel as aforesaid; Pee it therefore enacted by the Qireen’s Most Excellemt Majesty, by anel Avith the aelvice and consent of the LegislatiA'c Council and Legislative Assembly of N cav South Wales in Parliament assembled, anel by the authority of the same', as folloAvs :—
