Wellington Park Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Wellington Park Act 1993 .10 December 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Wellington Park Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Wellington Park Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 43 and Schedule 1 insertedAfter regulation 42 of the Principal Regulations , the following regulation and Schedule are inserted: 43Prescribed offences For the purpose of section 71A of the Act – (a) an offence against a regulation specified in Column 2 of Schedule 1 is a prescribed offence; and (b) the penalty specified in Column 3 of that Schedule opposite the regulation is the penalty applicable to that offence. Schedule 1Prescribed offences in relation to which an infringement notice may be issued
