Wellington Park Amendment Regulations 2003

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Wellington Park Act 1993 .19 May 2003

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Wellington Park Amendment Regulations 2003 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Wellington Park Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Prescribed offences in relation to which an infringement notice may be issued) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after item 10 the following items:

10A.  regulation 10A(2)(a) 1

10B.  regulation 10A(2)(b) 1

10C.  regulation 10A(3) 1
