An Act to amend the Wellington Park Act 1993

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:

1Short titleThis Act may be cited as the Wellington Park Amendment Act 2004 . 2CommencementThis Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent. 3Principal ActIn this Act, the Wellington Park Act 1993 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4Section 25 amended (Contents of management plans) Section 25(1) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph: (ba) may contain any provision which a planning scheme under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 may contain; and
