1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wellington Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(b)	Lots 2–4, DP 1097937 at Euchareena,
(c)	Lots 2–4, DP 133138, Lots 132–138, 175, 176 and 201, DP 754313 and Lot 202, DP 650147 at Geurie,
(d)	Lot 58, DP 655337 and Lots 59–61 and 67–72, DP 2987 at Stuart Town,
(e)	Lot 1, DP 824089, Lots 52A, 53, 92–95, 126, 142 and 316, DP 756886, Lots 1–7, DP 251124, Lot 1, DP 740314, Lot 1, DP 722885 and Lots 6, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42, 50, 57, DP 756866 at Wellington.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wellington Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
