HEREAS, by an Ordinance, No. 4 of 1848, '' To establish a Prcmble.

'VV Ferry at Wellington, on the River Murrsy," it was amongst

other things enacted, that the several Tolls, mentioned in the

Schedule to the said Ordinance, shall be payable and be paid by persons crossing the said Ferry: And whereas it is expedient to substitute other Tolls for the said Tolls so made payablc-

Be it therefore Enacted, by the Lieutenant-Governor of South Tolls h Schedule tr

for Tolls imposed by

in Ordinance 4of 18480 using the said Ferry, in the place and instead of the Tolls mentioned in the said Ordinance, and that this Act and the said Ordinance shall be read and construed as one Act.
