HEREAS, by an Ordinance, No. 4 of 1848, '' To establish a Prcmble.

'VV Ferry at Wellington, on the River Murrsy," it was amongst	other things enacted, that the several Tolls, mentioned in the
Schedule to the said Ordinance, shall be payable and be paid by persons crossing the said Ferry: And whereas it is expedient to substitute other Tolls for the said Tolls so made payablc-

Be it therefore Enacted, by the Lieutenant-Governor of South Tolls h Schedule tr
