I, THOMAS UREN, the Minister of State for Territories and Local Government, hereby make the following Regulations under the Weights and Measures Ordinance 1929.

Modification, &c, of Regulations under Weights and Measures Act

1915-1959

1. Regulation 2 of the Weights and Measures Regulations is amended—

(a)	by omitting from paragraph (ea) ", in accordance with Table XI,";
(b)	by omitting paragraph (na) and substituting the following paragraph:

"(na) The regulations shall be read as if regulation 1 14A of Part IV
were omitted;"; and

(c) by omitting paragraph (fg) and substituting the following paragraph:

"(fg) The regulations shall be read as if Tables XI and XlA of Part
X were omitted; and".
