WEIGHTS AND MEASURES (PRE-PACKED ARTICLES) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Weights and Measures (Pre-Packed

Articles) Amendment Regulations 1991.

Commencement
2. These regulations shall come into operation on the day on which they are

   Schedule 2 amended

3. The Weights and Measures (Pre-Packed Articles) Regulations 1987*	are
amended in Schedule 2—

(a) by inserting in the appropriate numerical order in column D opposite and corresponding to "Chocolate—block including milk chocolates compounded chocolate and chocolate substitutes carob" in column A the following—

" 180 g, ";

and

(b) by inserting in the appropriate numerical order in column D opposite and corresponding to "Confectionary—other than chocolate—block" in column A the following-

220 g, "; " 260 g, "; " 450 g, ".
