Weights and Measures (Patterns of

Instruments) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and in pursuance of section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Measurement Act 1960.

Amendments consequential on Weights and Measures (National Standards) Amendment Act 1984

1. The Weights and Measures (Patterns of Instruments) Regulations are amended as set out in the following table:

Provision amended	Amendment
Regulation 1 .........................................	Omit “Weights and Measures”, substitute “National Measurement”.
Regulation 3 .........................................	Omit “Weights and Measures (National Standards) Act 1960-1964”, substitute “National Measurement Act 1960”.
