WEIGHTS AND MEASURES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Weights and Measures Amendment

Regulations 1995.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Weights and Measures Regulations 1927* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Table XIII amended

3. Table XIII to the principal regulations is amended —

(a) by deleting item 1 (a) and substituting the following paragraph —

4.     Table XIIIB to the principal regulations is amended -
