AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Weights and Measures Ordinance 1929-1967.

I THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of Government

, Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council,

(Administration) Act 1910-1970.

WEIGHTS AND MEASURES ORDINANCE 1971

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Weights and

Measures Ordinance 1971.*

(2.) The Weights and Measures Ordinance 1929-1967,f as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Weights and Measures Ordinance 1929-1971.

2. Section 31 of the Weights and Measures Ordinance 1929-1967

is repealed.
