AN ORDINANCE to regulate the use of Weigh-bridges and

Steelyards.

HEREAS an Ordinance of the Governor, with the advice

and eonscnt of thc Legislative Council of South Australia,

v a s passed on the eighteenth day of February, one thousand eisht

And whereas it is expedient to amend the said Ordinance in so far Sec. 11,

as it absolutely prohibits any person to bargain, sell, or deliver in payment, barter, or exchange any goods, wares, merchandize, or any other thing by any steelyard:
