HIS HONOUR:   This application for an order to show cause was heard in Brisbane on 30 October 2018.  I would dismiss the application.  I publish my reasons.

The orders of the Court are:

1.The plaintiff’s application for an order extending time under section 486A(2) of the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) be refused.

2.The application for an order to show cause filed on 21 August 2018 be dismissed.

3.The plaintiff pay the defendant’s costs.
