His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Weapons Prohibition Act 1998.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to make an amendment by way of statute law revision regarding who may certify certain certificates under the Weapons Prohibition Act 1998.

This Regulation is made under the Weapons Prohibition Act 1998, including sections 48 and 50 (the general power to make regulations).

Weapons Prohibition Amendment Regulation 1999

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Weapons Prohibition Amendment Regulation
1999.

2 Amendment of Weapons Prohibition Regulation 1999

The Weapons Prohibition Regulation 1999 is amended by omitting the word “Director” from clause 38 (a) and by inserting instead the word “Manager”.
