Weapons Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Weapons Amendment

2774 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA [9 June 2000

2.            Regulation 8 amended

Regulation 8 of the Weapons Regulations 1999* is amended by deleting "Security and Related Activities (Control) Act 1999" in each place where it occurs and inserting instead —

" Security and Related Activities (Control) Act 1996 ".
