s1 2 s4 Weapons Amendment (No. 3) No. 382, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Weapons Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Weapons Regulation 1996 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2, s 1 (Queensland Corrections) 3. Schedule 2, section 1(2) and (3)— omit, insert— ‘ (2) QC’s prescribed functions are to conduct the part of the operations of the Queensland Corrective Services Commission QC is engaged to conduct under the CorrectiveServices(Administration)Act1988 , section 19(2)(f). 1 ‘ (3) The prescribed functions for a QC employee are the functions of a custodial correctional officer the employee performs for QC when QC is performing the prescribed functions mentioned in subsection (2).’. ˙ Amendment of sch 2, s 2 (Australian Correctional Management Pty Ltd) 4.(1) Schedule 2, section 2, heading, ‘ Australian ’— omit, insert— ‘ Australasian ’. (2) Schedule 2, section 2(1), ‘Australian’— omit, insert— ‘Australasian’. (3) Schedule 2, section 2(2) and (3)— omit, insert— 1 Section 19 (Powers of Commission)
