Weapons Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Weapons Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Weapons Regulation 1996. 3 Insertion of new s 14AA After section 14— insert — ‘14AA Way licensee to advise of change in circumstances—Act, s 24 ‘For section 24(2A) of the Act, a licensee must give the advice— (a) if the advice is only about a change of address—at a police station or police establishment, or by using the QPS website; or (b) otherwise—at a police station or police establishment.’.
