1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Waverley Local Environmental Plan (Bondi Junction

Centre) 2010 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Bondi Junction:

(a)	part of the Hollywood Avenue roadway,
(b)	Lot B, DP 328963, 241 Oxford Street,
(c)	Lot A, DP 328963, 243 Oxford Street,
(d)	Lot 1, DP 786484, 245–247 Oxford Street,
(e)	Lot 2, DP 829369, 2 Waverley Street,
(f)	Lot 72, DP 211181, 2A Waverley Street,
(g)	all land in SP 38414, 4–12 Waverley Street.

The map adopted by Waverley Local Environmental Plan (Bondi Junction Centre) 2010 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified opposite in Column 2 of the table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan:
