1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Waverley Local Environmental Plan (Bondi Junction

Centre) 2010 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

To the extent that this Plan permits, with consent, development for the purposes of dual occupancies (both attached and detached), it applies to land in Zone R3 Medium Density Residential under Waverley Local Environmental Plan (Bondi Junction Centre) 2010 (the Principal Plan).

(2)

To the extent that this Plan replaces a definition and inserts new definitions in the Principal Plan, it applies to all land to which the Principal Plan applies.

Insert “Dual occupancies;” in alphabetical order in item 3 of the matter relating to Zone R3 Medium Density Residential.

[2]      Dictionary

Omit the definition of dual occupancy. Insert instead:

dual occupancy means a dual occupancy (attached) or a dual

occupancy (detached).

dual occupancy (attached) means 2 dwellings on one lot of land

that are attached to each other, but does not include a secondary

dwelling.
