Insert at the end of the Schedule, with appropriate clause numbering—

Use of certain land at 201–209 Old South Head Road, Bondi Junction

This clause applies to land at 201–209 Old South Head Road, Bondi

Junction, being SP 30764.

Development for the purposes of recreation facilities (indoor) is

permitted with development consent.
