2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

(2)

Development for the purposes of shop top housing is permitted with

development consent if the consent authority is satisfied of the following—

(a)

the gross floor area used for the purposes of serviced apartments and shop top housing will not result in a floor space ratio of more than 1:1,

(b)

the gross floor area used for all other purposes will result in a floor space ratio of at least 5:1.
