Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Waverley Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 1).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to land at Bronte, being 107, 113, 118–140 and
127–145 Macpherson Street and 33 St Thomas Street.
4 Maps
The maps adopted by Waverley Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

[1] Clause 6.8
Insert after clause 6.7:

| (1) | The objective of this clause is to limit the gross floor area of retail premises on certain land at Macpherson Street and St Thomas Street, Bronte. |
| (2) | This clause applies to the land shown coloured light blue and marked “1” on the Key Sites Map. |
| (3) | Development consent must not be granted to development for the purpose of retail premises on land to which this clause applies if the gross floor area of the retail premises exceeds 500 square metres. |
