1. This Act may he cited as the “ Waverley siKrttiti«.
Cemetery Land Sale Act, 1920.”
2. Kotwithstanding anything contained in any Act Power of
or deed of conveyance the council of the Municipality
of "Waverley may subdivide and sell for such amount s«ii certain
and upon such conditions as it may deem lit the land
described in Schedule One hereto which now forms part
of "Waverley Cemetery lands.
3. The proceeds of the sale shall he paid into the Proceeds of
| general fund of the council and shall be expended d>y | j’t |
| the council in constructing and maintaining certain roads in the vicinity of the cemetery as set out in Schedule Two hereto. |
