An Act to amend " The Waterworks Act, 1882."

HEREAS it is expedient to amend "The Waterworks Act, preamble.

W 1882"-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the

Province of South Australia, by and with the advice and consent of

the Legislative Council a i d Housc: of Assembly of thc said province,
