or occupiers, of the lands affected, or likely to be afiected, by the correction of such error, omission, rnisstntcment, or won". descrip- 9 tion, ma,y apply to two Justices to correct the same; and, ~f it s l d appear to such Justices that it is expediellt and not unjust to correct such error, omission, misstatement, or wrong description, they shall give the said Commissioner a certificate in such form as they shall think proper, and shall in such certificate state the particulars of any such error, omission, misstatmlent, OF wronm description; and b. such certificate, with the rlocnn~nts to which it refers, shall be deposited with the other docunlcntr to which they relcr, in thc office of the Surwyor-Gencrnl, ancl tllercupon such piaus, sections, or book of refcrcnce shall be deemcd to be correct according to such certificate, and the said Coinmissioner may make, complete, extend, and maintain thc works l~creby authorised, in accordance with such certificate, as if such err&. omission, misstatement, or wrong descrip- tion had not been macle.
