HERE AS by the " Waterworks Act, 1868," the Commissioner Reamble.

office of the Surveyor-General, at Adelaide, which plan is intituled

Plan of proposed water supply to the City of Adelaide, Port Adelaide, and suburbs," and is signed "H. C. Mars, Xngineer-in- Chief, i5-10-69," and bears the following minute, that is to say :-

for deposit in the ofice of the Surveyor-General, Adelaide, this fifteenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine, H. C. MATS, Engineer-in-Chicf, 15-10-69;" the limits of such deviations being in such plan colored pink; and save as aforesaid, the said Commissioner shall make and maintain the said additional reservoir and works, as by the said Act is provided.
